McClain Development, Inc. was formed in 1996 to continue the development of Assisted Living Residences and larger commercial projects.  Its area of expertise has been, and continues to be assisted and senior living environments, designed to foster the finest in quality care possible.  One of the primary goals of McClain Development is to insure safe, secure and homelike environments for all of the seniors who make our residences their home.  Each facility built by McClain Development provides three complete meals each day, free linen service, social activities and many more amenities for a very competitive monthly fee.  Additional levels of care are also available for assistance if required.

One of the highlighted specialties of our residences is the Special Care wing that focuses on those individuals with all forms of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.  An increased care-giving staff ratio with hands on assistance makes this area a very loving and comfortable environment.  We use a silent, state-of-the-art monitoring system by Vigil Health Management that was developed for additional assistance by preserving the resident’s dignity in safe, secure and familiar surroundings.  Additional information can be found about the Vigil system by viewing their link under the Partners section of our site.

To date McClain has developed 14 Assisted Living Residences around Ohio and are currently under construction on their 15th facility in Grove City.  They have worked continually with The Inns Management Group to provide operational manuals, departmental compliance procedures, and to establish effective training programs for all new staff members.  Inns Management has also provided services for decorating each facility as well furnishing all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
