Jerry McClain Construction, Inc. was established in 1996 under the umbrella of The Jerry McClain Company, Inc.  Its focus is custom homes, commercial construction, remodeling and additions.  Roger McClain, Vice President, is responsible for the new homes and commercial construction and Mark Caughenbaugh, Vice President, is in charge of sales and management of residential and commercial remodeling.  Chad Shumaker also works with Mark as a Project Manager and handles many of the larger commercial projects.  With over 100 years of combined experience, the entire Construction Company’s team of highly qualified and efficient employees is equipped to handle any project that our clients can envision.

Because our clients’ options are limitless, but time and money seldom are, we offer a design/build service for our customers.  This allows us to offer our customers the ability to implement potential cost savings while still developing a quality project in a timely manner.  This process of “value engineering” fosters a close working relationship between the client and the design/build team.
